Nature connection is about tracking our own internal, embodied responses to the natural world.
To do this, our practice is becoming aware of what’s happening inside ourselves: what are the felt sensations that arise when we interact with nature?
These are intelligent responses in our own bodies that have a lot to tell us.
Ultimately, we are part of a conversation with nature - and being consciously engaged with this conversation means we need to listen to nature.
We become adept at listening when we understand our own perceptions of the incoming voice of nature.
